Audacity Rotary Heat Sealer
Due to Stratton’s Heat Sealer being a rotary system, only a small amount of surface contact occurs at any one given time. This provides our customers with the benefit of no temperature loss or temperature variances even with continuous Heat Sealing.

- Variable speed up to 15 m per minute.
- All stainless steel and anodized aluminium
- Optional 2.3 m conveyor.
- Machine height adjustable.
- 2 banks of heat bars are independently controlled.
- Rubberized band wheels which the Teflon impregnated bands fun on.

Audacity Band Sealer
Stratton’s innovative Band Sealers are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length.
This sealer can be adjusted accordingly to reach your product specifications.
Features
- Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.
- Each Rapid Sealer features a variable speed conveyor belt that can be raised, lowered, and even angled to accommodate your specific package.
Double Seal Band Sealer
If you need to vertically seal packaging on a low to medium-volume level. This sealer features a stainless-steel design along with an easy-to-use control panel. Bags are fed from the right and pulled through the sealer, producing an 8mm wide seal along the open end of the package.
